Our "winning" ready for filing appellate briefs may be ordered by the number of pages you want and the time you require the brief.  This streamlined method helps contain costs and free up time for court duties or other demands your practice may require.

Our published hourly rate for all paralegals is $90.00 per hour. In court rate is $125.00 per hour (including travel time), and research rates are $75.00 per hour. All rates are billed in 15 minute increments with an estimated 50% deposit for each contracted job. Weekly rates or longer are negotiated based on request and the nature of attorney - law firm needs and location necessary.
